Born in São Paulo, Gui Brammer graduated from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie with a degree in materials engineering. He earned an MBA in marketing from the University of South Pacific and specialization in sustainable business from FGV-SP. A specialist in ESG and the circular economy Brammer founded Boomera, a B Corp company recognized by the World Economic Forum and "Entrepreneur" magazine as one of the 5 StartUps, which helps more than 500 companies transform the form of production into a more circular model. He was awarded Social Entrepreneur of the Year by Folha de São Paulo and Schwab Foundation in 2019, and in 2020 with the recognition of the World Economic Forum (awarded at WEF 2022–Davos, Switzerland).
