The call for much of the world to shelter in place has exposed the critical role that technology—and a “digital mindset”—is playing in companies that must find inventive ways to serve their customers. Though companies have been talking about digital transformation for a decade or more, it is clear that businesses cannot grow and thrive without technologies that allow them to do all or part of their work in the cloud, and to fulfill orders electronically. This shift is only partly about the right tools—its really about the right leadership in tech and in the C-Suite. This panel will explore the urgency of a digital mindset inside companies that are prepared to grow during crisis and beyond.
