Bio
Trevor Brosnan is a Managing Director and Distinguished Engineer at Morgan Stanley. He leads development and execution of the Firm's multi-year Technology Strategy in partnership with the Technology and Business Divisions. Trevor is also responsible for Technology Architecture for the Firm and Technology Modernization, which aligns and drives multiple efforts to modernize both our technology stacks, including adoption of Public Cloud solutions, as well as enhancement of our DevOps and SRE technology delivery and operations practices. Trevor is a member of the Firm's Global Technology Operating Committee and is the lead of the Firm's Distinguished Engineers program.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Trevor served as Head of Technology and Product at Plastiq, a Fintech firm in San Francisco where he was responsible for all product design, development and technology infrastructure for the company. Prior to this, he held Software Development leadership roles at Moody's Analytics, Visa and Fidelity Investments, building software solutions for a wide variety of business areas including Retail Brokerage, Mutual Fund Accounting & Pricing, consumer-scale Payments Processing and Credit Risk Analytics, while solving challenging computer science problems around resiliency, geographic distribution, performance and large-scale architecture and development. He is originally from Ireland and holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering from the University of Limerick.
