Do you need a break? Are you stressed? Come in and take a deep breath. Sometimes you just need to sit still, reflect, and touch base with yourself. We are all busier than ever and while technology is a great tool to keep us connected, being accessible around the clock can also drain us mentally, spiritually, and physically. In this session, we’ll learn how to take a more mindful approach to our mental health through self-awareness, self-care, and self-development.

During our time together you will:

  • Learn how to improve mental wellness
  • Create a personalized wellness plan
  • Identify solution-focused strategies to cope with stress

Leslie is a clinical social worker with 15 years of experience in the mental health field.  Her focus is to eliminate the mental health stigma among professional leaders. She created Counseling Space to help professionals conquer the mental challenges associated with entrepreneurship and leadership. She is trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused intervention, and non-profit leadership.
