With over 20 years of general management, business strategy, consumer marketing, digital and innovation experience, Cara is currently the CEO of Sundial Brands, makers of SheaMoisture, Nubian Heritage, nyakio beauty, emerge and MCJW – inspired by the legacy of Madam C.J. Walker.
Prior to her current role, she held management positions in prestige beauty, leading Global Marketing for Clinique $1B Makeup and Fragrance portfolio as well as Marketing for NARS Cosmetics’ Americas business.
Earlier in her beauty career, she held positions at Johnson & Johnson on Neutrogena and at L’Oreal where she was the Assistant Vice President of Marketing for the L'Oreal Paris Haircare division.
