Ruth is a Platform Automation team member responsible for implementing process design improvement on the bank’s Merchant Services partner certification platform and Integrating AxiaMed’s certification processes. Previously she managed the User Acceptance Testing and Production Certification for several internal bank-wide applications.

Based in Atlanta, GA, Ruth began her employment with Bank of America within the Global Network and Infrastructure Solutions team as a Year Up intern. Once hired by the bank, she retained her role coordinating the onboarding and training of over 1000 associates, managed project and vendor set up processes, and the restructuring of governance routines within the Project Management Office’s Program Governance and Execution team.
Graduating the Year Up program in July 2013, Ruth is presently a member of their national board as Governance and Nominating committee co-chair and a Finance committee member. Passionate about mentoring, Ruth is actively involved in the mentoring of incoming Year Up interns and newly hired graduates at Bank of America.

Ruth is currently studying to earn her CompTIA Security+ technology certification. Ruth enjoys the creative hobby of interior design and dreams of studying macroeconomics and sociology.
