Dr. Mona Siddiqui is the Senior Vice President for Clinical Strategy and Quality at Humana where she focuses on driving an improved and personalized experience of health through data and technology.

Dr. Siddiqui previously worked at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) where she served as the Department’s inaugural Chief Data Officer. In that role, she led the effort to connect the nation’s health care data through the build-out of an enterprise wide data-sharing platform and governance structure at HHS and advanced the Department’s Artificial Intelligence strategy. Previously, Dr. Siddiqui served at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation working towards implementing rapid cycle testing for payment models. She has also served with the White House Social and Behavioral Sciences Team (“nudge” unit) during the Obama administration.
