The pandemic has changed the way we engage with work—but it’s especially altered women’s roles in the workforce. In a post-pandemic world, women across generations, from boomers to Gen Z, are either struggling to reenter the workforce, climb the promotion ladder, or start their career. In a commissioned study to be presented at the session, Luminary and SheSpeaks will explore women’s changing attitudes toward work and how they can reshape the workforce to be more inclusive of women.
