The pandemic has changed the way we engage with work—but it’s especially altered women’s roles in the workforce. In a post-pandemic world, women across generations, from boomers to Gen Z, are either struggling to reenter the workforce, climb the promotion ladder, or start their career. In a commissioned study to be presented at the session, Luminary and SheSpeaks will explore women’s changing attitudes toward work and how they can reshape the workforce to be more inclusive of women.
The session will be hosted by Cate Luzio, Luminary founder, along with SheSpeaks CEO Aliza Freud; Moody’s chief people officer, Maral Kazanjian; Emmy Award–winning journalist Tamsen Fadal; and Spotify’s global head of equity and impact, Elizabeth Nieto. A cocktail reception and networking to follow.
