HOW TO SIGN UP FOR SESSIONS

PRIORITY PASS HOLDERS GET EARLY ACCESS TO SESSION SIGN-UP

1. REGISTER

You must be a festival pass holder to sign up for sessions. Looking to register for the Innovation Festival? You can do so here.

2. Find your sign-up date

The date you can start signing up for sessions is based on your pass type—some pass types get early session reservation! Sign-up opened for Priority All-Access Passes and Ultimate Innovator Passes on August 8 at 1:00 PM ET; for all other passes, sign-up opens on August 22 at 1:00 PM ET. Interested in early session reservation? Email events@fastcompany.com to upgrade your pass.

3. Sign up

You’ll sign up for sessions on the festival website through the button below. Don’t worry, we’ll send you a reminder email when it’s time for you to start signing up. Each individual attendee must select their sessions, including attendees in a group registration (2 or more attendees under the same registration).

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Does it matter what device I use when signing up?

We recommend using a desktop or laptop when signing up for sessions.

Do I have to sign up for all sessions in advance?

Some sessions, such as workshops and Fast Tracks, have limited capacity and will require you to sign up in advance. Signing up for sessions will help you plan out your days at the festival and allow you to easily access your schedule!

Why am I unable to select a session I want?

When sessions are full or have a time conflict with another session you’ve already selected, you will not be able to select the new session.

Where do I view the sessions I signed up for?

You can view your personal schedule at any time on your personal agenda page starting August 8 at 1:00 PM ET for passes with early session reservations and August 22 at 1:00 PM ET for all other pass holders. This will also allow you to add your sessions to your calendar for easy access.

How do I change the sessions I signed up for?

You can update your selection at any time through the sign-up link.

WHAT SESSIONS DO I HAVE ACCESS TO?

You can find an overview of the different types of sessions the festival has to offer and access information below.
 

  • Headliners and Panels
    Headliners and panels include a mix of talks and panels, from the biggest names in business, entertainment, and culture to intimate discussions covering design, creativity, innovation, and tech. Seats are on a first-come, first-served basis. Access to these stages is included with Ultimate Innovator, Priority All-Access, All-Access, and Stage Passes.
  • Workshops
    Workshops require advance sign-up. Access to workshops is limited to select pass types: Ultimate Innovator, Priority All-Access, and All-Access Passes, including All-Access Day Passes.
  • Special Events 
    End each day with parties, happy hours, networking, and more! Access to special events is limited to select pass types: Ultimate Innovator, Priority All-Access, and All-Access passes, including All-Access Day Passes. Festival wristbands do not include access to any of these special events.
  • Fast Tracks
    All Fast Tracks require advance sign-up. Access to Fast Tracks is limited to select pass types: Ultimate Innovator, Priority All-Access, and All-Access Passes, including All-Access Day Passes. Sign-up for select Fast Tracks may close up to 24 hours before the Fast Track.
  • Taste of Innovation 
    All Taste of Innovation dinners require advance sign-up and purchase. Each Taste of Innovation dinner is sold separately and is not included with any festival pass.
