HOW TO SIGN UP FOR SESSIONS

ULTIMATE INNOVATOR AND PRIORITY ALL-ACCESS PASS HOLDERS GET EARLY ACCESS TO SESSION SIGN-UP

1. REGISTER

You must be a festival pass holder to sign up for sessions. Looking to register for the Innovation Festival? You can do so here.

2. Find your sign-up date

The date you can start signing up for sessions is based on your pass type—some pass types get early session reservation! Sign-up opens for Ultimate Innovator Passes and Priority All-Access Passes on August 4 at 1:00 PM ET; for all other passes, sign-up opens on August 18 at 1:00 PM ET. Interested in early session reservation?
Email events@fastcompany.com to upgrade your pass.

3. Sign up

You’ll sign up for sessions on the festival website through the button below. Don’t worry, we’ll send you a reminder email when it’s time for you to start signing up. Each individual attendee must select their sessions, including attendees in a group registration (2 or more attendees under the same registration).

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Does it matter what device I use when signing up?

We recommend using a desktop or laptop when signing up for sessions.

Do I have to sign up for all sessions in advance?

Some sessions, such as workshops and Fast Tracks, have limited capacity and will require you to sign up in advance. Signing up for sessions will help you plan out your days at the festival and allow you to easily access your schedule!

Why am I unable to select a session I want?

When sessions are full or have a time conflict with another session you’ve already selected, you will not be able to select the new session.

Where do I view the sessions I signed up for?

You can view sessions you selected at anytime in the My Agenda tab of your Festival My Profile here, starting August 4 at 1:00 PM ET for passes with early session reservations and August 18 at 1:00 PM ET for all other pass holders. This will also allow you to add your sessions to your calendar for easy access.

How do I change the sessions I signed up for?

You can update your selections at any time through the sign-up link, which is also available on your Festival My Profile page.

WHAT SESSIONS DO I HAVE ACCESS TO?

You can find an overview of the different types of sessions the festival has to offer and access information below.
 

  • Panels and Conversations
    A mix of high-profile talks and intimate panel discussions featuring the biggest names in business, entertainment, culture, design, creativity, innovation, and tech on the Main, Forum, and Assembly stages at the Festival Hub at Convene.
    Available to: Ultimate Innovator Pass, Priority All-Access Pass, All-Access Pass, and General Access Pass holders, including Day Pass holders Student Pass holders have access to select panels on the Main Stage only.
  • Workshops
    Small-group, interactive sessions offering hands-on learning and skill building. Advance registration required.
    Available to: Ultimate Innovator Pass, Priority All-Access Pass, All-Access Pass, and All-Access Day Pass holders.
    Not available to General Access Pass holders.
  • Parties and Happy Hours 
    Unwind with daily networking events, happy hours, and the festival’s signature parties.
    Available to: Ultimate Innovator Pass, Priority All-Access Pass, All-Access Pass, and All-Access Day Pass holders.
    Not available to General Access Pass holders.
  • Fast Tracks
    Fast Company exclusive field trips inside the most innovative organizations in NYC. All Fast Tracks require advance sign-up and are on a first-come, first-served basis. Sign-up for select Fast Tracks may close up to 48 hours before the Fast Track.
    Available to: Ultimate Innovator Pass, Priority All-Access Pass, All-Access Pass, and All-Access Day Pass holders. 
    Not available to General Access Pass holders.
  • Taste of Innovation 
    Exclusive culinary experiences showcasing the people, foods, libations, and stories that make for an unforgettable—and innovative—meal. One Taste of Innovation per night included with the Ultimate Innovator Pass (must book in advance); otherwise, all Taste of Innovation tickets are sold separately.
