Kelly Bayett founded music and sound company Barking Owl in 2009 to focus on inclusivity, female empowerment and artful human-centered storytelling and currently works with clients like Google, Adidas, Audi and P&G. As a female founder and entrepreneur in a traditionally male-dominated industry, Kelly is dedicated to opening doors for women, LGBTQ+ and BIPOC people wherever she can.
