Federico M. Berruti is a partner at McKinsey & Company. He is a leader and founder of McKinsey’s global digital service operations and automation/AI practice, with a focus on financial institutions and corporate business functions across sectors. Berruti also serves organizations on a broad range of disruption, fintech, partnership, finance of the future, operations (retail and wholesale), future of work, technology, and data-related initiatives. Before joining McKinsey, Berruti was the founder and COO of Agri-Therm. He received his PhD and BESc in chemical and biochemical engineering from Western University.
